We take great care in shipping your Crazy about Cookies cookie dough.

To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. or F.P.O addresses at this time. We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous states.

Your order will ship via UPS. However, UPS will use USPS (United States Postal Service) for final delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping acknowledgement with a UPS tracking number. Most packages should arrive within 3-4 days of shipping.

Each "Crazy about Cookies" cookie dough package is shipped frozen. Thawing may occur during shipping. Please know that our cookie dough is shelf stable, which means it can remain at room temperature (66-77F) for 21 days. So, if your cookie dough arrives and is 'sweaty', warm, or 'room temperature', your product is safe to consume.

When you receive your cookie dough, we suggest you place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before opening or baking. Our cookie dough can be thawed and re-frozen multiple times without compromising the quality or taste of the product.

The shelf life of our cookie dough is:

• 1 year in the freezer
• 21 days at room temperature (66-77F)
• Our cookie dough may be thawed and re-frozen.
