A. Our cookie dough is designed to be baked. We do not recommend eating cookie dough raw.
Q. Are changes necessary for high altitude baking?
A. No. Adjustments are not necessary for baking at higher altitudes.
Q. Can I microwave cookie dough?
A. No. Our cookie dough was designed to be baked in a conventional or convection oven.
Q. Can I bake the cookies in a toaster oven?
A. No. Our cookie dough was designed to be baked in a conventional or convection oven.
Q. What is the shelf life of your cookie dough?
A. Our cookie dough can be kept frozen for 1 year, refrigerated for 6 months and kept at room temperature (between 66 -77 F) for 21 days.
Q. Is thawed or un-refrigerated product safe to eat?
A. Our product was designed to be eaten baked. We suggest you consume our products fully baked.
Q. Can I thaw and refreeze your cookie dough?
A. Yes. Our cookie dough can be thawed and refrozen multiple times without compromising the quality or taste of the product.
Q. Does your product contain traces of nuts?
A. While not every flavor contains nut products, our facility does produce varieties containing nuts. If you have allergies to nut or tree nut products, it is not recommended you consume our products.
