Add some crunch

Add crunch to your favorite cookie! Shape cookie dough into 1/2 inch balls and roll in pecans or walnuts pieces. Place on baking sheet and press slightly. Bake according to package directions.


Jazz it up

Jazz up your favorite cookie by adding small pieces of your favorite candy bar! Roll cookie dough into 1 inch balls and press slightly onto cookie sheet. Finely chop pieces of your favorite candy bar and insert into the dough or lightly sprinkle on top, being careful not to add too much. Bake according to package directions.

Snickerdoodle

Look at them sparkle

Give your cookies an extra sparkle! With damp hands, shape dough into 1 inch balls. Brush each ball gently with an egg white wash and roll in sugar to coat


Candied Pecans

Make an impressive presentation by dipping pecan halves in melted butter and then in a brown sugar-cinnamon-sugar mixture. Press the pecan half into the center of balled cookie dough before baking. Flatten ball slightly and bake according to package directions. The delightful crunch of candied pecan will be a wonderful addition to our fabulous cookie.

Make this decadent treat truly exotic by adding a twist of coconut. Shape cookie dough into 1/2 balls and press firmly into coconut. Turn flatten dough over and press other side into coconut. Roll into ball again and place on baking sheet. Be careful not to overwork the dough. Bake according to package directions.

For a truly extravagant indulgence; allow cookies to cool completely then dip half of each cookie in melted semisweet chocolate. Hold dipped cookie over chocolate and let excess chocolate run off, then set aside to cool on wax paper.

Triple Chocolate Crunch

Ice Cream Sandwiches

Create your own decadent ice cream sandwiches! Bake according to package directions and completely cool cookies. Freeze baked cookies for two hours in an air tight container. Spread approximately 1/3 cup of slightly softened vanilla or strawberry ice cream on the flat side of a cookie. Top with second cookie of similar size and lightly press together until ice cream oozes toward edges. Wrap individual sandwiches, seal tightly in an air tight container and return to freezer for a minimum of 3 hours before serving.
